Add Umami analytics script for better tracking

Integrated Umami analytics script into both classroomio-com and dashboard HTML to enhance user tracking and performance analysis. This will provide better insights into user behavior and engagement metrics. Additionally, removed outdated and redundant meta tags in the dashboard app HTML to clean up the code.
