Remove workshop-specific scope from the Forms PRD and document Forms
prerequisites and required extensions in the Workshops PRD instead.
Address review feedback: send calendar invites only after redemption,
defer CE assessment to Phase 5, and remove undeferred external registration.

Rename the Workshops PRD to Events and treat webinar, livestream,
workshop, and bootcamp as formats of a single Event product.
Add format and delivery metadata, timezone-explicit scheduling reusing
course.metadata.sessionTimezone, countdown and live-now catalog states,
post-event resources via lesson.documents, on-page add-to-calendar and
share links, and an invariant that format never drives behavior.
Expand non-goals to fence off ticketing, venues, and event series.

Lock core product decisions: attachment-level binding model with
form_attachment table, create-in-context authoring, purchase-request
pipeline replacing the hardcoded payment modal, per-lesson pulse
feedback, landing-page form and reviews blocks, admin/teacher-only
form creation, and free-standalone/paid-integrations commercial model.
Defer respondent save-and-resume, edit-submitted-response, and
one-question-per-page to phase 2. Add FORM-F1 to FORM-F9 tickets.
- Added `AssignCoursesModal`, `AudienceMemberRow`, `AudienceTable`, and related components for improved audience management UI.
- Implemented audience invite actions including resend and revoke functionality.
- Updated audience API to support importing members and assigning courses.
- Refactored audience data handling to include status and invite management.
- Improved overall user experience with pagination and selection features in the audience table.
