Rotimi Best 81294a47f9 feat: live class sessions, CE workflow, and docs (#683)
Adds live-class session scheduling on lessons (join link, date/time,
timezone) with automatic 24h and 1h reminder emails plus a calendar
invite (.ics), a time-change notification with an updated invite, a
teacher-authored welcome email and session invite on enrollment, and a
"Notify students" quiz nudge.

LMS gets an upcoming live-sessions card and Join buttons, plus a
reusable live-session card component (3 states) in @cio/ui with a
Storybook story. The sidebar content tree now reflects sequential
progression locking like the content list, and the course-completion
confetti regression is fixed.

Org-based emails no longer reference ClassroomIO by name. Docs add
live-class, welcome-email, and course-progression guides, expand the
certificates guide (design, signatures, corrected labels), move
plan-required callouts to the top, flatten how-to-guides to the docs
root with redirects, and add screenshots. Includes an add-docs-image
skill.

In ClassroomIO, exercises are a great way to assess students' understanding through practice activities. Once you've [set up your organization](/docs/customize-organization), [created a course](/docs/create-first-course), and [added a lesson](/docs/create-first-course#adding-lessons), you can start creating exercises. Follow the process below to create your first exercise.
<Steps>
<Step>
### Go to the Courses Page
Access the courses page from the dashboard by clicking on **Courses** via the sidebar menu.

## Notify students about a quiz
When a quiz is ready, you can email every enrolled student a one-click link to take it. On the exercise page, open the
**⋯** menu at the top and choose **Notify students**.

The send runs in the background. A progress indicator appears while emails go out, then confirms when it is done. You can
run it again at any time to nudge students who have not taken the quiz yet.

Notifying students is handy after a live session: schedule the quiz, then send the notification so attendees know to
complete it. See [Run a Live Class](/docs/live-class).
